We use SmartWeb (whitelabel version of Personyze) to better understand our users' needs and to optimize our service and customer experience. SmartWeb is a technology service that helps us better understand our users' experience (e.g. how much time they spend on certain pages, which links they choose to click, what users do and don't like, etc.).

This information enables us to provide better service and to properly handle user feedback. SmartWeb uses cookies and other technologies to collect data about our users' behavior and their devices (in particular, device IP addresses, which are captured and stored only in anonymized form until the end of the session), device screen size, device type (unique device identifiers), browser information, geographic location (country only), and preferred language used to display our website.
