Verzending

Als officiële importeur van Muztag, Heation en ScandiFlames brengen wij de warmte en gezelligheid van deze vooraanstaande merken naar uw huis en doen we er alles aan om je product zo snel mogelijk te bezorgen.

Wij verzenden in de gehele Europese Unie. Wereldwijd is op aanvraag en overleg. 

De normale levertijd binnen Europa is 2-5 werkdagen. Wij proberen altijd alle bestellingen zo snel mogelijk te verzenden, en als u een artikel in voorraad bestelt voor 14.00 uur op een werkdag, wordt uw bestelling meestal nog dezelfde dag verzonden.

Echter kan het zijn dat een product niet op voorraad is of in backorder staat. Dit staat dan op de site aangegeven. Mocht er toch iets zijn met je bestelling, dan nemen we natuurlijk contact met je op.

De vermelde prijzen zijn exclusief verzendkosten. De verzendkosten bedragen:

  • € 8,95 voor bestellingen onder de 150 euro binnen Nederland.
  • Gratis verzending voor bestellingen vanaf € 150 euro binnen Nederland.
  • € 11,95 voor bestellingen naar België en Luxemburg.

Over het algemeen zal de bezorging de tussen 9:00 en 18:00 plaatsvinden, maar dit kunnen wij helaas niet garanderen.

As the official importer of Muztag, Heation and ScandiFlames , we bring the warmth and coziness of these leading brands to your home and do everything we can to deliver your product as quickly as possible.

For all orders outside of the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg, the following shipping costs are in order:

  • All other countries within the European Union
    € 35 for orders up to 20 kg and € 400 for orders above 30 kg.
  • Countries outside of the European Union
    € 60 for orders up to 20 to 23 kg and € 400 for orders above 23 kg.

The normal delivery time within Europe is 2-5 working days. We always try to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, and if you order an item in stock before 2pm on a working day, your order will usually be dispatched the same day.

In general, delivery will take place between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm. However, we cannot make any guarantee regarding delivery time because this is fully dependent on the delivery company.
