At Upvibe we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases.
We understand that it is sometimes difficult to get a good idea of a product online.
Colors and finishes may be different than you expected, or maybe you're just not completely satisfied.
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us first so we can resolve this for you.
Flexible Returns Policy
Although we assume that you have carefully considered your purchase, we understand that sometimes the item is not completely to your liking.
That is why we offer the option to return your product within 14 days of purchase.
We charge a handling fee of €14.95 for this. In the event of a successful return, you will receive your purchase price back, minus this fee.
The costs for returning are at your own expense.

Does a product remain in the original packaging and is it unopened after the 14-day return period?
Please send us a message in time. You may then return the item and receive a refund of your purchase price minus the handling fee.

Handling
As soon as we have received your return package, it will be checked by our returns department for the conditions below.
If your return is approved, we will deposit your amount minus the handling fee into your account within 14 days.
Conditions
We are happy to help you with your return, but please note the following conditions.
If you have any questions about this, please contact us and we will try to help you as best as possible.
The product is undamaged, unassembled and not used.
The product is returned in the original packaging, which is unwritten and not seriously damaged.
The packaging is complete, including plastic foil, instructions for use, bags and possibly foam.
The box must be neatly closed with transparent tape.
The product that is returned must be well protected so that it is not damaged in transit.
Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be included.
