🇪🇺 Delivery information for orders from outside of the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg but inside EU and UK.

As the official importer of FOCO, Muztag, Heation and CACH Fires, we bring the warmth and coziness of these leading brands to your home and do everything we can to deliver your product as quickly as possible.

For all orders outside of the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg, the following shipping costs are in order:

  • All other countries within the European Union
    € 35 for orders up to 20 kg and € 400 for orders above 30 kg.
  • Countries outside of the European Union
    € 60 for orders up to 20 to 23 kg and € 400 for orders above 23 kg.

The normal delivery time within Europe is 2-5 working days. We always try to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, and if you order an item in stock before 2pm on a working day, your order will usually be dispatched the same day.

In general, delivery will take place between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm. However, we cannot make any guarantee regarding delivery time because this is fully dependent on the delivery company.
